Why isn’t the service status showing?

There is a set up for how the ‘Tourplan’ service line status codes display via HostConnect/WebConnect.

The Tourplan service status codes are mapped to display online as RQ, OK, XX or NO via the dataproperties configuration file.

Could you please inform me more detail about the terminology of each Service status on Tourplan? What i need to know is about status :
1. AL
2. CA
3. CP
4. NO
5. NT
6. NV
7. OK
8. OP
9. PA
10. PE
11. RQ
12. XC
13. XT
14. XX
