To update the exchange rate on a booking, click Utilities from the left hand tree view and select 'Recalculate'.

Next select 'No Prices' and tick the check box 'Update exchange rates' then click OK.

Note that updates to exchange rates are to be done on a per booking basis and that only booking values will be updated.  Existing financial transactions will not be updated.
