Tourplan reports typically include 3-5 screens of field selections and sorting criteria. Changing the selections on a report can change the layout & purpose of each individual report. Changing the 'order by' will change both the order of the report & the sub-totals. This in turn will affect the Table of Contents. Each report can be output to screen, printer or exported to Microsoft compatible applications on your PC e.g. Word, Excel, WordPad or PDF format.
