Version 2.04 and 2.05 saw various rate rules implemented in the database to permit the control of things like room type availability, Room Capacity, Must Start On etc. These are validated by FastBook, Groupbook and PCMs in the various functions that can result in pricing changes.

New INI settings have been developed to allow the Tourplan user to have more control to be able to make the choice whether to tighten the validation of rates or for the validation rules to be relaxed. This is important particularly when doing batch processing tasks.
