• A Database or Database Supplier Note can only be viewed from within a booking or PCM Service line.  Sometimes you would like to change a couple of words before sending the message to the agent.
• An optional check box “Insert into Booking/PCM” is enabled when creating a Database or Database Supplier Note. If checked, when a service with this note is inserted in a Booking or PCM the note will be copied to a Booking or PCM Service Line Note.
