How do I output package price but still show package service lines on messages?

When sending an agent message for a booking containing a copy-in or book-on package you might want to show the package price but still show the service lines of the package. From version 2.77 it is possible to get something like: EG 5 Day Safari Tour USD 4000 Day 1 Transfer Day 1 Hotel ABC Day 2 Sightseeing tour Etc Etc | |
