Compulsory Extras - User Guide

Compulsory Extras enables you to define an extra on a product (Service Option) as 'compulsory'.

This means when the service is booked, the extra will be booked also.

This is ideal for handling scenarios such as:

  • Compulsory Gala dinners
  • Stay/Pay deals where breakfast still needs to be charged on FOC Nights

Could you provide the white paper of the stay/pay deals where breakfast is needed to be charge on FOC nights?
- Extra ABF is charged based on per pax
Another scenario of the stay/pay deals is where the extra bed is charged only for Triple room on FOC night
- Extra bed is charged based on per FCU/SCU
