When trying to send an email through Tourplan why do I get an error “The directory specified to save the attachment in is not valid …”?

When sending an email as an attachment, Tourplan first saves the attachment to a specific folder, from where Outlook (or your email system) will pick it up.

This folder needs to be specified in the MS_ATTACHMENT_DIRECTORY ini setting. If you are receiving the error  “The directory specified to save the attachment in is not valid …” this setting is not done or is pointing to an incorrect folder location for the specific user.
