Why aren’t online bookings made in webConnect or hostConnect flowing through into Tourplan iS?

In order to be able to book from WebConnect, iComBookingImport must be running.

  • iComBookingImport is the software that allows communication between hostconnect and Tourplan's database, for the ability to create online bookings.
  • iComBookingImport can be installed as a service (for production systems) or as an application (for testing environments).
