Result data from any standard (Main Menu driven) Tourplan Report can be exported in a number of file formats:

• CSV (Comma Separated Values - e.g., Excel)
• Plain Text (Unformatted - e.g., Notepad)
• PDF (Portable Document Format - e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader)
• RTF (Rich Text Format - Word Processor basic; includes formatting - e.g., MS Word)

Tourplan can be customised to automatically open the application associated with the file output when the data has been generated.
