I encounter Error 91, what should I do?
Modified on 21 December 2012 10:45 AM

This error indicates a date mismatch between any of the three system components

  1. Windows Operating System
  2. Microsoft SQL Server
  3. Tourplan

Each of these three components can have different date settings for either short date or long date output.

The following are based on the standard SQL Server Collation being Latin1_General_CI_AS

In Windows on the server/workstation:

  1. Go to Control Panel
  2. Click on Regional and Language settings
  3. Click on Customise
  4. Click on the date tab
  5. Change your date formats
  6. The short date must read as e.g 08/12/2013
  7. The date format should be dd/MM/yyyy
  8. The long date must read as e.g 08 Dec 2012
  9. The date format should be dd MMMM, yyyy
  10. Click on apply and ok.

If the SQL Server Collation is not Latin1_General_CI_AS, contact your local Tourplan office for assistance.
