Why does the service show RQ in webConnect when an allocation exists?

We suggest checking the following in the order as listed below:

1. At Debtors Module - Allocations segment, does the agent you are using have the correct allocation code attached?

2. Is your service date within Allocation Release? Please click here for further details.

3. Are there allocations available for the service date(s) selected? They may be all used.
