When bookings are created via either hostConnect or webConnect ODP the PAX are always loaded as singles in the Fastbook PAX travelling screen. This is not an error and reflects the desired functionality.

The PAX travelling screen configuration should not be changed, else you will not be able to recall these bookings via hostConnect and/or webConnect ODP. 

Each PAX is inserted into the booking on his/her own tab in a single room. This provides the greatest amount of flexibility when booking services as PAX can then be grouped into rooms or other units on a service-by-service basis.
