How do I load tax on an option that does not have tax on all components?

By default tax is applied to all components of a service when it is attached at database rate level.

To selectively apply tax to service components:

  • Attach the tax code in the normal way in the Database Service Rates/Taxes tab.
  • After the tax is attached, double click the tax in the ‘Tax Included’ window and select/deselect components as required.
