Assume you have defined following system INI settings for the Tourplan user used by iCom:

SERVICE_OK_STATUS=IA

SERVICE_RQ_STATUS=IR

SERVICE_PA_STATUS=IP

SERVICE_XX_STATUS=IX

An iCom booking is made and only some space can be held from allocation.  You assume the service status iCom will use is IP.

However iCom uses service status IR?

Resolution:

You will probably find that service status IR is set to NOT allow allocation.

In order for iCom to use IP, also IR needs to allow allocation!
