Your inability to see any external product may be caused by one or more of the following -
- External advanced filter enabled – The advanced filter has been changed to only display internal product.
- Product mapping has been removed or changed - Mapping within the option note category has been deleted or edited.
- Supplier mapping has been removed or changed – Mapping within the supplier note category has been deleted or edited
- Searching for product with a date prior to today – Only current and future dated searches will return external product.
- External services Connection string removed or modified – has been deleted or edited.
- Some other firewall software is blocking the access to the TPM server - There has been internal hardware or software changes to restrict this.
- Firewall is blocking the return data from the TPM server - There has been internal hardware or software changes to restrict this.
